What this website is

This site describes what we offer and lets you start a conversation with us. That is all it does.

• Nothing on this website is an offer. It is not an offer to lend, and it is not an invitation or inducement to place funds with us. An offer exists only when we make you one in writing.
• Nothing on this website is financial advice. We do not know your circumstances, and nothing here takes account of them. If you need advice, take it from someone qualified to give it.
• We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or omissions.

Rates and figures

The calculators on this website produce illustrative estimates. They are there to help you understand how a repayment or a return might work. They are not quotes, they are not offers, and the figures they produce are not binding on us.

Interest rates quoted on this website are monthly rates unless we say otherwise. A rate shown against a term of several months is charged for each of those months, not once across the whole term.

Before you sign anything, we will give you the rate, the processing fee and every repayment in writing. Those written figures are the ones that count. Where they differ from anything shown on this website, the written figures apply.

Applying is not approval

Sending an enquiry, or completing an application, does not mean we have agreed to anything. Every application is assessed, and we may decline one without giving reasons. We may also ask for documents and for identity verification, including official identification, before proceeding.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information. We rely on what you tell us when we assess an application, and giving us false information may be a criminal offence.
• Do not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, to gain unauthorised access to it, or to submit the enquiry form automatically or in bulk.
• Do not submit anyone else's personal details without their knowledge.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, design, artwork, photography, name, and logo, belongs to us and is used with permission where applicable. You may read it, print it and share links to it for your own use. You may not republish it, sell it or use it commercially without our written permission.

Links to other services

This website links to services we do not control, including WhatsApp and mapping services. Those links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice. Our opening hours for responding to enquiries are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss you suffer because you relied on information on this website, including any figure produced by a calculator, rather than on the written terms we give you. We are not liable for loss caused by the website being unavailable, or by any interruption to it.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. Please check it from time to time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
